Having gone through the property process several times herself with her own properties, France understands the importance of being surrounded by a team that relates to the emotions involved in buying property, and the importance of feeling confident at all stages of the journey.
France has an eye for detail and is accustomed to driving high quality outcomes for her clients, by working directly with providers to sift through the complexity of the loan application process.
With an insatiable drive to make things happen, she is able to cut through administrative burden and contribute to client strategic goals through intimate product knowledge and timely, efficient execution of process.
France has over 20 years’ experience in auditing working in a ‘big four’ consulting firm, where she has consulted with companies ranging from large international corporations to ASX listed and Private Equity clients.
She holds a Masters in Business and Finance and is a Chartered Accountant by trade. She has also attained the diploma of Finance and Mortgage broking management.

Director
Matt brings over 18 years of experience across finance, investment, and financial planning - experience that now forms the foundation of Lumière Financials’ client-first approach to mortgage broking.
Starting his career in London in 2005, Matt built a financial planning and finance business helping medical professionals with both personal and commercial finance needs. After relocating to Sydney, he continued to work in senior roles across investment management, funds management, financial planning, financial technology, and private wealth - from innovative start-ups to large ASX-listed firms.
This depth of experience gives Matt a rare, holistic understanding of how lending decisions fit into the bigger financial picture.
He’s passionate about helping clients make confident, informed choices - ensuring their finance strategy aligns with their personal goals and long-term wealth journey.
Matt holds a First-Class Honours degree in International Business with French. He is a qualified mortgage broker and member of the MFAA.
